After more than a decade in the construction industry, working across a wide range of projects, I came to a pivotal realization: I had never seen a single project through from start to finish. I was always brought in after the tender was won—stepping in at 20%, leaving before the 70% mark. That disconnect inspired the creation of START 2 FINISH (S2F).
At S2F, our mission is simple yet powerful: to be there from the very beginning of a project—concept and planning—all the way through to completion, commissioning, and final handover. We're not just part of the process; we own the journey, every step of the way.
